Angela Eller Obituary

Angela Sargent Eller, our very dear wife, mother, daughter, sister, nurse, and friend left us suddenly after a courageous battle with lung cancer on August 6, 2015 at the age of 41. Angie was born on July 2, 1974 to Lloyd Neil Sargent and Marilyn Horman Scoresby in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was named Angela because she was like an angel. She was an easy baby and had beautiful natural curly blond hair. When she was four years old she read the store names and surprised my mom that she could read. Mom asked her where she learned to read and she said from Sesame Street. In the parent teacher meeting in Kindergarten, her teacher told mom that Angie passed off every skill she needed to do and was wonderful except she would raise her hand and would say, It would be better if you would say it this way. She was a happy little girl that sang and danced all around the house. At field day in elementary school, Angie and her brother Alan came home and showed Mom and Dad their ribbons. Alan had a handful of ribbons and Angie didn''t get any even though she tried her best. Alan ran inside, erased his name off the back and wrote Angie''s name on the ribbon with the words, For the very best sport. Her brother Alan continued to take care and watch over her for the rest of her life. In Junior High, Angie wanted to become a cheerleader. She worked harder than anyone I know, but it just wasn''t a natural talent for her. She never gave up though and worked every year and continued to keep trying out every year until her senior year, where she became the school mascot. It was fun to see this shy girl come alive when she was in her Bee Costume. When she was determined, she never gave up, even when it wasn''t easy for her. After graduating from Bonneville High School as valedictorian, she received an A.S. degree in Nursing at Ricks College. Angie was a hard worker and always strived to do the best at everything she did. Angie was a very caring nurse and specialized in pediatric nursing and cardiac care. She loved running and ran many marathons. She excelled in music and enjoyed playing the piano. Angie married Justin Thomas Eller in the Idaho Falls Temple on May 6, 1995. Together they had three beautiful children. Angie''s greatest joy was being a mother and wife to her family. Angie was a kind, selfless, patient, wonderful person who cared about the things that mattered the most. She is survived by her husband Justin Thomas Eller, her daughters Sienna Noel and Brinlee Shay, son Camdon Colby Eller, mother, Marilyn Sargent, siblings, Bryce and Lauralyn Sargent, Janeal Dowalo, Kevin and Cathy Sargent, Lorraine and Courtney Cox, Alan and Annette Sargent, Travis and Christa Sargent, Denise and Adam Christian, in-laws, Julia and Colby Eller, Jennifer Hudgins, Jeffery and Alisa Eller, Darrin and Ashton Eller, and her large and loving extended family. She was preceded in death by her father Lloyd Neil Sargent and grandparents, Lula and Gwen Call, Lloyd and Amy Sargent, Clifford and Josie Scoresby, Merril and Delila Horman, Lee Carter, Calvin and Jan Eller. Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Lincoln 6th ward church located at 252 O Street, Lincoln, California. The viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. From 9:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m. nurse honor guard services with funeral services to follow at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made with Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Iona Cemetery in Iona, Idaho.
