MARJORIE ANN HARBAUGH, age 93, recently passed away peacefully in Roseville, CA. Marge lived a full life with dignity, faith in God and love for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marjorie King and Oren Harbaugh were married in Hays KS. After moving to CA their son Dean was born. They enjoyed family gatherings and dinners, socializing and dancing at numerous outings, golf, bowling and traveling. They lived most of their adult lives in the Napa and Santa Rosa areas of California. Marge was in bookkeeping and accounting her entire career, retiring from the State of California. Oren passed away May 25, 1989, a few months before their 50th anniversary. Marge moved to Roseville, CA in 1998 to be near her grandchildren Bill (Diana) and Ann. For 14 years, until his passing in 2011, Marge enjoyed the companionship of her friend and neighbor, Jim Roach. They had a wonderful partnership and participated in many activities and events together. Marge appreciated the friendship of residents and staff of her Sierra Regency extended family. She enjoyed church worship and fellowship, the book club, pinochle groups, exercise classes and many, many other Sierra Regency activities. She frequently assumed a leadership role, as needed, in many activities. She is survived by her son, Dean (Carol) Harbaugh, Oro Valley, AZ; grandson Bill (Diana) Harbaugh, Citrus Heights, CA; granddaughter Ann Harbaugh, Placerville, CA; great grandsons Kevin Harbaugh and Derek Hamlin and great granddaughter Leighan Harbaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her cousin Vada Goymerac, Napa, CA, and sister-in-law Thelma King, Hays, KS. Celebration of Life Services will be held May 25, 2013 - 2:00 at Sierra Regency, 1015 Madden Lane, Roseville, CA 95661. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any organization of your choice.
