RALPH RICHARD CROWDER "Dick" Entered into rest Monday, August 25, 2014 peacefully at home in Roseville, California surrounded by his loving family. Dick was a native of Chicago, Illinois born Sunday, December 8, 1929 and a resident of Placer County for the last 18 years. Dick was the devoted husband of Sharon (Romine) Crowder for the past 59 years, and loving father to Dana Janine Schroeder (husband Ted), and Kevin Crowder (wife Cathy). Also a wonderful grandpa to Tim Schroeder (fiancée, Gennifer) Allison Schroeder (fiancée, Umesh) and Catherine Crowder, also survived by a brother Phil Crowder (wife Mary Lou). He is preceded in death by both parents Ralph B. and Elizabeth (Knight) Crowder also a sister Marie Schottenhamel (husband Irwin). Dick was a Master Sergeant in the United States Army and was very patriotic to his country, retiring from the Veterans Administration enjoying his life with family and friends and was a charter member of Sun City Singers.
