COPPIN, ALFRED “AL”, Rocklin, CA passed away January 25, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. Al was a native of Sacramento, CA born February 17, 1932 and a resident of Placer County for the past 10 years. Devoted husband of Sandra (Bach) Coppin, Rocklin, CA, Father of Craig Coppin and his Partner Danny Torres, San Mateo, CA, Scott and (Melanie Guzylak) Coppin, Roseville, CA grandchildren, Cory and Chloe Coppin (Rocklin, CA) and Trevor and Lauran Guzylak (Roseville, CA) his former daughter-in-law Kristine Henschel (Rocklin, CA) his Sister: GiGi McClain brothers, Earl and Jack Coppin, his beloved dog Benji and his "granddogs" Nala, Bella and Wyatt as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Al was preceded in death by by a sister Doreen and a brother Jerry as well as his parents: Donald and Gladys (Swesey) Coppin. Al was a forever faithful San Francisco 49ers fan! He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family dinners. Served in the US Army, Cpl.
