She will be remembered and missed by everyone. Mimi always had a gentle and radiant smile on her face. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a dedicated and creative pharmacist who nurtured her patients and colleagues. She was a free spirit living her life with courage, wisdom, compassion, humility and integrity. She inspired us all with her devotion to good causes: years of service to Indian tribes, medical missions to remote areas in Vietnam, her tireless fundraising for needy elementary schools over the years. She enjoyed watching pink clouds drift over the sunset waves of the Pacific, listening to the fresh scent of falling leaves in deep forest, meditating over Hawaiian breezes and sand, centering herself among chirping hummingbirds, taking in fully the colors of spring bloom. She brought the best and most beautiful things out from people of all walks of life. Mimi left behind a shining example of love and courage, of hope and faith, of living in the moment while fighting the most ferocious battle of her life. We all love and miss her so.
