Dennis, 36 of Broomfield, passed away May 2, 2011. Preceded in death by his father Joseph A. Ynostroza. Survived by Mother Leola Ynostroza, sister Gina Ynostroza and brother Joe Ynostroza, nephew Darian Ynostroza, and niece Brianna Ynostroza all of Westminster, CO. Dennis will be missed by many including family, friends, and co-workers. Dennis was employed with the Adams County School District and worked at the Adams City High School. Dennis was born and raised in Cortez, Colorado and was a 1993 graduate of Montezuma Cortez High School. Dennis was a college football player and was an offensive Lineman at Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado before transferring to Metropolitan State College of Denver where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Dennis was a fun-loving gentle giant who shared his love with all that had the fortune to have known him. He loved spending time with his nephew Darian and niece Brianna and bragged of their many talents often. Dennis loved watching the Denver Broncos, spending time with his family, and reconnecting with old friends. Dennis was a gentle giant with a loving touch. He had a passion for history and reading. A big man with a tender heart was he.
