Anna Songer
Anna F. Songer, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2011 at the age of 77. She had lived in Colorado Springs for the past 38 years. Anna was born on February 15, 1934 in Mainz, Germany to Heinrich and Katharina Nater. She had survived many hardships and uncertain times as a child during World War II. She married Robert William Songer Jr. on May 28, 1963. They shared 48 wonderful years together. Anna is survived by her loving husband, Robert, along with their three children, Ursula Rountree, Michael (Sherri) Songer and Brian (Beth) Songer. She also had three grandchildren, Eddie, Bernie and Malissa along with two great grandchildren. Anna will be greatly missed, she was a devoted wife and mother.Obituary
