B. Louise Ververs March 11, 1925 – October 31, 2012 B. Louise Ververs passed on October 31, 2012. She was born in Miami, MO on March 11, 1925. She later moved to Colorado Springs in October of 1943. Louise retired from AMPEX Corporation and helped both her husbands in their turkey businesses. Later in her life she volunteered at Memorial Hospital. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery for many years. She was active in bowling, yoga, bike riding and loved big band music and dancing. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Freddie Jewell Jennings; her first husband, Fred J. Jennings and her second husband, Charles T. Ververs; Mother, Bertha Jennings and Father, Emmit Jennings. She is survived by 2 sons, Ernest E. Jennings and Perry L. (Linda) Jennings; Granddaughter, Sara Jennings (Joe Miller); Great Grandson, Julian B. Miller and Great Granddaughter, Cora E. Johnson. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday November 2, 2012 at First Baptist Church Colorado Springs 317 E. Kiowa.
