Betty B. McMillan, age 82, passed away September 14, 2011 at her residence in Colorado Springs surrounded by her family.  She was born on July 1, 1929 in San Bernardino, California to the late August Earl and Alfreda Winifred (Newman) Clark.    Betty loved to spend time with her family and friends. She had a long time career as a waitress and then another as cook at Corpus Christi School. She enjoyed working with people and found deep satisfaction in serving her community through her work. She spent many hours tending to her beautiful garden and had a sincere love for all animals.    She is survived by her daughter, Mary (and husband William) Smialek; sister, Alice Marsh; brother, David (and wife Frankie) Clark; sister-in-law, Ruth Clark; 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and many extended family and friends too numerous to mention.  She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin Page McMillan and brother, Elmo Clark.   Memorial services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 2715 E Pikes Peak Ave. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909 on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
