Dewey Wayne Arfsten  October 4, 1928 – March 2, 2012 Dewey Wayne (83), born in the Bijou Basin (north of Peyton), and a life-long resident of Colorado.  He served in the US Army during the Korean War, stationed in Alaska for most of that time.  He worked as a truck driver and a ranch foreman at the Flying W Ranch for many years before retiring.  Dewey was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Wanda Arfsten.  His daughters, Janette (Bill) and Linda, his sister Betty, and many other extended family members survive him.   Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Blunt Mortuary.  Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Blunt Mortuary, 2229 West Colorado Ave., Colorado Springs, CO.  Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery
