Gail Lynn (Burnett) Sherouse, 66, of Peyton, Colorado passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Gail was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on September 2, 1952 to Walter and Margaret Burnett. She is preceded in death by her father and shortly followed thereafter by her sister, Lori. Gail is survived by her husband, Marcus Sherouse, and her two children Kevin (Mandy) Sherouse and Victoria (Simeon) Brockway. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Jaden, Candace, Caleb, Caliana, Bella, and Corbin, who endearingly called her “Mema”. In addition, is her surviving mother, Margaret, her stepfather, Clay, her sister, Lonie, her surviving brother, Walter Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews. Gail found joy in spending time with family, with whom she had the most loving heart and cared deeply for. She took delight in crafting of any kind, especially the making of cards and treats for her grandkids to take to school. She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her well. A private Celebration of Life will be held by her family.
