Hobert Murl Locke, age 90, a resident of Colorado Springs since 1999, passed away on October 24, 2010 in Colorado Springs. Hobert was born in Fairmont, West Virginia on May 24, 1920. Hobert retired from the Air Force as a TSGT, after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Hobert was a member of Wetzel Masonic Lodge #39 A.F. & A. M. He is survived by a son, Allen Lock of Colorado Springs, two sisters, June Long of Detroit, Michigan, Shirley Tywman of San Diego, California, two brothers, James Lock of Houston, Texas and Mack Locke of El Paso, Texas. Mr. Lock was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Phillips Lock, by his parents, a brother and one sister. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at East Lawn Mortuary 5757 Greenback Lane Sacramento, California 95841. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 29, 2010 at East Lawn Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow at East Lawn Sierra Hills Memorial Park in Sacramento, California.
