James William Welch was born on July 24, 1948 in Springfield, Ohio to Donald and Dorothy Welch. James was a long time Colorado Springs resident. He served his country in the US Marines. James was a proud member of the Vietnam Veterans of America and the Disabled American Veterans.He was a U. S. Postal Carrier. He was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers. James is survived by his wife, Theresa and a son Jon Welch.
