Lois Inez Osburn August 27, 1916 – July 4, 2013 Lois Inez Osburn passed from this life into eternal life on July 4, 2013 with her daughter and dear family friend with her. Lois was born on August 27, 1916 in Plainview, Texas, the youngest of the four Bradley girls, all her sisters preceded her in death as well as her husband of 65 years, Willard P. Osburn. They moved from the Texas panhandle to Manitou Springs in 1945 where they owned and operated businesses including The Miracle House and the Western Bazaar. In retirement they enjoyed traveling and fishing trips. Lois is survived by two loving children. Her son, Norman G. Osburn cared for her in her home for several years; daughter Willa Sue Gallegos, son-in-law Ron Gallegos, two grandsons, four great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 5- 7 PM at Blunt Mortuary, 2229 W. Colorado Ave., Colorado Springs. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 10 AM at Community Congregational Church, 103 Pawnee Ave., Manitou Springs, Colorado Contributions can be made to your favorite charity in her name.
