Louise TAYLOR Obituary

Louise R. Taylor, a loving and dedicated Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother (GiGi) passed peacefully in her sleep on August 31st, 2017 at 97 years old. Mrs. Taylor was born March 21, 1920 in Atchison, Kansas. On, April 11, 1942 she married Ralph M. Taylor in Atchison, KS and were married for 56 years. They moved to Colorado Springs in 1952, and to Littleton, CO in 1986. Mrs. Taylor worked as a secretary in Civil Service for the United Sates Air Force at NORAD and retired in 1983. She is survived by her two grandsons Michael and Christopher Shank and her three Great Grandchildren Parker, Luke and Isabelle Shank. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the First Christian Church of Colorado Springs, CO. A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home. 1830 East Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO on Friday, September 8 at 2:00 p.m.. She will be entombed at Shrine of Remembrance with her Husband, Ralph M. Taylor, Parents, Frank and Sena Roche and Daughter, Catherine Taylor, who have preceded her into the kingdom of Heaven.
