Patricia Margaret (Duvall) Michaelis of Colorado Springs, CO was born on February 5, 1940. She passed away on March 30, 2014 at the age of 74. Patricia loved her family. She is survived by her husband Ernest L. Michaelis, her sister Joan Moore, her daughter Sandra L. Michaelis, her son Ernest L. Michaelis Jr. and wife Coralyne of Atoka, OK, her grandchildren Michael Michaelis and Christopher White both of Colorado Springs, and Matthew Michaelis of Atoka, OK. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Johnathan Michaelis, Alexus Michaelis and Jackson Wesson all of Colorado Springs, CO as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia had a highly regarded career as a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.Patricia was born in Baltimore, MD. Her early years were spent traveling with her husband who was in the Army. Patricia lived the final years of her life in Colorado Springs, CO playing Bingo, going to Cripple Creek and spending time with her great-grandchildren. Patricia loved to give back to the community. She proudly donated to Diabetes, Heart, Cancer, Alzheimer's Association and many others. A public visitation will be held for Patricia on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home from 1:00-4:00pm.
