Paul Eric Archuleta, age 47, a longtime resident of Colorado Springs, passed away on September 17, 2011 in Walsenburg, Colorado. Paul was born September 11, 1964 in Taos, New Mexico, the son of Joe L. and Clara Archuleta. Paul loved to spend time with his family and friends. He was a sports fanatic and loved fishing and hunting. He was an old western movie buff. Paul is survived by his mother, Clara Archuleta; children, Steven, Manuel, Clarissa, and Michael; and two brothers, Fred and Anthony Archuleta and one sister Rayo Avila. He was preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 21, 2011 with a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 22, 2011 at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, 5357 S. Highway 85, Security. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Blvd., Colorado Springs.Obituary
