Rose Schwechiemer

Rose was born on October 8, 1934 and passed early Friday morning, on October 7, 2016 at the Medallion Retirement Community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Rose was a welcomed and respected member of both the local Fraternal Order of Eagles and The Retired Enlisted Association (TREA). Rose loved life, her family and her friends and she always shared her love through small gifts of appreciation. She is survived by her sons: Lloyd "Dean" (Holly) Bunnell Jr., James William (Kaylinda) Bunnell, brothers: Art, Bill and Eddie Joy, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and many loving friends. Rose is preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Joy, her first husband, Lloyd Dean Bunnell, and her second husband, Philip A. Schwechiemer. Memorial service for Rose will be held Friday, Nov- ember 4, 2016 at 10:00 am at Evergreen Funeral Home 1830 E. Fountain Blvd. Colorado Springs CO, 80910 with burial at Evergreen Cemetery immediately following the service. Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Rose to the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3260 East Side, 1830 N. Academy Blvd. Ste A, 80909 or The Retired Enlisted Association (TREA) Chapter 1, 834 Emory Circle, 80915, with the note below: "This donation is sent in memory of Rose V. Schwechiemer".
