Sam is survived by his mother, Stacy Christensen; one sister, Tara Hawkes; two brothers, Ethan Tribble and Max Tribble; and his grandparents, Karen Christensen and Robert Christensen. Memorial services will be at 11:00A.M.on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel, 1830 E.
