Wilbert C. Fuchs Jr. was born in Hamburg, New York, May 3, 1924. He died at home in Black Forest, CO January 21, 2015. He is predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Sadie Kate Fuchs. He is survived by his four children; Susan Doolittle, Wayne Fuchs, Sheila Davies and Bill Fuchs III, four grandchildren; Jason and Rhett Doolittle, Robin and Caitlin Davies, and two great-grand children; Addison and Aiden Doolittle. Bill was a Marine during World War II, deployed to the Pacific Theater. He continued his military career as an officer in the Army National Guard.He was a self employed building contractor. As an avid outdoorsman, he loved fly fishing and hunting. He was always committed to physical fitness and maintained his lifelong military posture.His family would like to thank his friends and relatives for their help and support during his final battle with cancer.
