Yvonne Escalera, age 65, and a longtime resident of Colorado Springs, passed away on July 11, 2011. Yvonne was born April 4, 1947 in Panama.   She loved to spend time with her husband and family.  She liked listening to the radio early in the morning and TV during the day. She especially loved to go fishing with her husband and grandchildren and listen to the radio while they fish.   She survived by her devoted husband, Michael Paturel; loving daughter and son, Indira Hogan &  Norman Escalera; 3 grandsons, Dante Hogan, Cedric Hogan and Marcus Hogan; 2 sisters Mary Ann Laremont-Lopez and Rosemarie Laremont-Moore; 5 brothers, Dr. Benjamin Laremont, Dr. Sabastian H. Laremont, Jr., Victor Laremont, Michael Laremont and Antonio Laremont.    A Graveside service is at 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2011 at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 South Hancock Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
