Cynthia Rozell passed away Monday, May 23, 2016, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Cynthia was born January 16, 1963. She is survived by her loving partner and husband, Jeff Bayze (Feffe), and many extended family and friends. A Celebration of Her Life will be held Sunday, June 5, 2016, at 11 am, at the Ponds behind the Silver Dollar Liquor Store. The Celebration will continue at the Pagosa Bar at 1:00 p.m. for a pot luck, cold frosties, and the van will be open.
