Lenni René Malarsie of Durango passed away April 29th, 2015. She was 41. Lenni was born December 16th, 1973 in Pueblo, CO, to Richard and Sandra Dissler. She graduated in 1992 from Pueblo South High School. She moved to Durango in 2003 and has since called Durango her home. Lenni worked recently for J.C. Pennys in Durango and as a Dental Assistant. She loved everyone, especially all children, and they loved her equally. She was an avid Broncos fan and her cats were her babies. She is survived by her husband: Ryan Malarsie, her parents, Richard and Sandra Dissler, parent-in-laws: Sid and Karen Leavell and George and Mary Malarsie, siblings: Alicia (Glen) Glorioso, and Brad (Chris) and Randy Dissler, sibling-in-laws: Johnathan and Molly (Easten Mortenson) Malarsie, nephew and niece: Eric and Ashley Glorioso, grandparents: Charles and Floy Hudson, her cat: Beans, numerous aunts, uncles cousins and 2nd cousins as well as many friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Paul and Lenore Dissler. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and will be remembered as a great spirited person who could light up a room with her smile and infectious laugh.
