Mae Ledford has victory over death and is face to face with the Lord Jesus Christ on April 20, 2015 in Ignacio, CO, she was 93. She was born May 24, 1921 to Charlie and Ruth Ledford in Waterflow, NM. She was 1 of 13 children. She married Wesley Mace in 1937 and had 8 children, then later married Delton Ream and had 3 more children. She was a wife and homemaker who raised all of her 11 children no matter how many hardships or life circumstances that she was presented with. She loved gardening and growing flowers and raising chickens at her house in Aztec, NM. Later in life she loved to see family, read and grow her flowers. When she was young, her and her brothers would ride horses across the New Mexico desert. Before she died, she wanted to ride with her brothers once again, now she can. She is preceded in death by her husband of 19 years, Wesley Mace and her husband of 20 years, Delton Ream; her oldest daughter, Dolores Giles, her 2nd youngest daughter, Nancy Ream and grandchild, Savonna Ream. She is survived by her children: Doris Allen of Grand Junction, CO; Harlan Mace of Roswell, NM; Donna Dennington and Rebecca Neeley of Aztec, NM; Debra Pursley, Delta Demain and Elvis Ream of Ignacio, CO; Linda Mace of Los Oso, CA; 33 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.
