Wilbur Millslagle

Wilbur Gordon Millslagle, 86, of Greeley, CO passed away April 5, 2012 at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born April 21, 1925 in Lingle, WY to Clinton and Ethel Millslagle. Wilbur grew up in South Dakota and graduated from high school. After graduation he joined the U.S. Navy to fight in the Pacific, specifically in the Philippines. Wilbur was a professor at the University of Northern Colorado for over 20 years until he retired. Wilbur enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, reading, teaching, working crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his son, Gordon Millslagle; and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; two sisters; and two brothers. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
