Donalie "Dona" Bodkin Born at home in Creighton, South Dakota, on October 9th of 1929, she was the youngest of 1 brother and 6 sisters. She went home on July 8th 2019 at the age of 89. She met the love of her life and was married on June 5, 1947. She raised her 2 children and was a homemaker. Her hobbies and interests were roses, gardening, traveling, camping, video poker, and going to lunch with friends and family. Dona had 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Her husband Bud Bodkin passed on November of 2003. Almost all of her family has passed before her.She was the youngest and the last. She is survived by Connie Newton and husband Bob Newton,Casey Bodkin and wife Cindy Bodkin, Robert Newton, Rebecca Garcia and husband James Garcia, Chrystal Vicory and husband Steve Vicory, Corey Bodkin and wife Amber Bodkin, Emma Newton, Kate Newton, Stephen Vicory, Sam Newton, Zoee Bodkin, Harper Bodkin, Braxton Bodkin. We will miss you dearly but we know you’re happy again. We all love you and know that Heaven got another great angel who will watch over us all until we meet again.
