Norman “Dean” Simpson, 69, of Eaton, passed away on September 7, 2019, at home after a lengthy illness, surrounded by family. Dean was born in Greeley, to Everett & Inez (Magnuson) Simpson on July 20, 1950. Dean was a lifetime resident of Eaton. He graduated from Highland High School, attended Colorado State University, and was a member of the Farmhouse Fraternity. Dean is survived by his children, Alise (Darren) Ranck, Jacob (Sara), and Lisa (Lucas) Simpson; grandchildren; Josh, Kelsey, Katie, Everett, Linnea, & Lillia; great-granddaughter, Trinity Rose; sisters, Judy Simpson, and Joyce (Dave) Spight; and special friends, Bob & Fran Donley, and Jean Raisley. He was preceded in death by his parents. A private family celebration will be held.
