Margaret Wilch
Born May 16, 1927 to Howard and Edith Peneton of McComb, Ohio, at St. Paris, Ohio. Raised in McComb, Ohio. Married Lamont (Monty) Wilch on August 6, 1949 in Findlay, Ohio. Margaret is survived by husband, Monty and daughter, Deborah Roseboom (mike) of Broomfield, Co., and four grandchildren: David Roseboom (Lisa) of Ft. Morgan, Co.; Chris Roseboom of Reunion, Co.; Kim Harveson (Matt) of Thornton, Co; and Hillary Osmack (D.J.) or Westminster, Co.; ten great and 1 great-great grandchildren. Also sister, Harriet Kuhlman of Longmont, Co. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Jim Peneton of Peachtree City, Ga.; Earl Peneton of McComb, Oh.; Forest Peneton of Lakewood, Co.; and infant daughter, Nancy Wilch.
Margaret worked in the Hancock County Auditor’s office in Findlay, Ohio for six years, the USGS in Denver, Co. for four years, and as a high school secretary in the Jefferson County R1S.D. for 22 years, retiring in 1983. She enjoyed playing piano and organ and served as organist at the Methodist Church in McComb, Ohio and Immanuel Lutheran Church in Findlay, Ohio for many years. She also spent over 20 years participating in the choir at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Lakewood, Co. Margaret was also an avid reader and a wonderful seamstress.
