Sandra Rose Toscano

Sandra (Sandy) Rose Toscano, age 69, passed away on February 19, 2020. Sandy was born on July 13, 1950 and grew up in Denver, Colorado. She attended St. Catherine of Siena grade school and Holy Family High School. After graduating, Sandy went on to work 38 years for the City and County of Denver. She started in the Denver Motor Vehicle Division and then transferred to the City and County of Denver Court System where she retired in 2005. Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille DiPace Yenkin, her step-father, Abe Yenkin, father, James “Jiggs” Toscano and brother, James Toscano . Sandy is survived by her brother, Steve Toscano, two sisters, Cindy Weber (John) and Stephanie Yenkin, her nephew, John Weber III, and niece, Hannah Weber. In honor of Sandy, a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (3549 Navajo St, Denver, CO 80211) at 10:00am, with a reception to follow. Her internment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). Donations for Sandra R.
