Frances Monroe-Herman passed away in Littleton, CO on November 29, 2019 at the age of 49. She was born in Fort Morgan, Colorado to James Thomas “Tom” Monroe and Florence “Jean” Herron. She moved to the Denver area after high school and graduated from Regis University with a degree in Business Administration. She worked many years for Red Robin, both in the restaurant and corporate headquarters human resources department. She had also obtained her realtor license. Most recently she was employed with Home Advisor. Francie, as she preferred to be called, always had a quick-witted response, brilliant smile, mesmerizing blue eyes, unbelievable sense of humor, all coupled with an infectious laugh. She could walk into a place not knowing a single person and walk out of that same place, a short time later, with new friends. Speaking of short… she knew all of the short jokes and chuckled every time. She loved both of her kids beyond words. Thomas, age 14, and Katherine, age 12, held her heart. No one made her soul light up more than her children. New York City was Francie’s favorite place to get away. It is where she honeymooned, returning the night before 9-11. She is survived by her beloved children, Thomas Joseph and Katherine Diane Herman and their father David Herman; sisters Recie Fontaine and Kathryn Hughes. She was preceded in death by her mom Jean, dad Tom, nephew James Monroe, and older sister Kelly Monroe, as well as grandparents Garlin & Florence Herron and Buddy & June Monroe.
