Luis Antonio Sanchez, age 62 of Bridgeport, beloved spouse of Ernestina Sanchez, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 9, 2019 in his home, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.

Luis was born May 25, 1957 in Cayey, Puerto Rico; son of Luis A. Sanchez & Maria Mercedes Lopez.

Luis was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many. He was humble and caring and would do anything to take care of those he loved. Luis was a real comedian and could easily make anyone laugh. His kind heart made him great with animals, children, and connecting to nature. Luis enjoyed gardening and caring for his pet fish. He made everyone feel welcomed; the whole neighborhood loved Luis. He will be missed deeply by those who had the honor of knowing him.

In addition to his parents and wife, Luis is survived by his; son, Adrian Sanchez; son, Javier Sanchez; daughter, Wandalee Sanchez; sister, Lisa Gomez; granddaughter, Aleah Marie Sanchez; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.

Friends may greet the family on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm and Friday, November 15, 2019 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at Community Funeral Chapels 798 Park Ave. Bridgeport, CT. 06604.
