Adele Czipulis

Adele T. (Pogorzelski) Czipulis, 81, of Enfield, entered into eternal life, on Sunday April 26, 2009 at Suffield House, Suffield. Adele was the widow of Joseph P. Czipulis (10/93). She was born in Enfield on Nov. 27, 1927, a daughter of the late Frank and Stephanie (Jurczak) Pogorzelski and had resided in Enfield for over 50 years. <br>Adele was formerly employed with the FBI during WW II and held various other jobs over the years. She was a lifetime member of St. Adalbert's Church, Enfield, a NY Mets fan and a devoted and loving mother and grandmother her life revolved around her family to which she leaves many fond memories for them to cherish. Adele is survived by a daughter, Susan Clement and her husband, Robert of Morris Plains, NJ and a son, Joseph F. Czipulis of Enfield, her two beloved grandsons, Daniel and Joseph Clement of NJ, a brother-in-law, Michael Melfa of Enfield along with two nephews, Richard and Robert Czipulis. She was also predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Frank "George" Gizara, her two brothers, Stanley and Chester Pogorzelski and a sister-in-law, Helen Melfa. Funeral services for Adele were private. Interment was in St. Adalbert's Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to St. Adalbert's Church 90 Alden Ave. Enfield, CT 06082. Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield was entrusted with her arrangements.
