Alice Mae (Kinne) Salas 62 entered into eternal life on Thursday March 8th 2007 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford. Alice was born in Lawrence MA. And resided in Enfield for forty two years. She was the beloved wife of Frank F. Salas for forty two years. Alice was employed as the house manager for the late William Indermill for twenty five years. She was a member of Holy Family Church. Alice was a loving and caring person, she enjoyed sewing and quilting and donated quilts and Afghans to area children's hospitals. Besides her husband Frank, Alice is survived by her loving family a daughter Hope Salas Gray of New York City, her mother Alice (Phillips) Kinne of Stores Ct also her sister and brother in-law Barbara and Edwin M. Edwards Jr. of Colchester Ct. Alice also leaves a nephew and his wife William and Susan Edwards of East Hampton CT. A Funeral Service in celebration of Alice's life will be held on Monday March 12th at 9:00AM from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in Holy Family Church 23 Simon Rd. Enfield, Burial will be in St. John The Baptist Cemetery Glastonbury. Calling Hours at Browne Chapels are Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Memorial donations in Alice's memory may<br> be made to Holy Family Church 23 Simon Rd. Enfield CT 06082.
