Alma Nitch

Alma R. (Goodson) Nitch, 73 of Enfield entered into eternal life on Tues. August 15, 2006 at Evergreen Healthcare Stafford Springs, CT. She was born on Sept. 29, 1932 in Enfield, CT, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Donahue) Goodson and was a lifelong resident. Alma was a very devoted and loving mother and grandmother, who was very dedicated to her loving family to which she leaves, son; Joseph Nitch and his wife, Patricia of Enfield, daughter; Lori Cammilleri and her husband, Bob of Somers, son; David Nitch of Springfield, MA, a special ex-daughter-in-law; Michele Nitch of Enfield, a special niece; Cheryl Taylor of E. Longmeadow, MA, a special nephew; Joseph Wallace and five beloved grandchildren; Bobby, Kaley & Eric Cammilleri, and Rhiannon & Jacob Nitch, also many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her ex-husband; Joseph Nitch, Sr., a son: Robert Nitch (1989), three brothers; Bernard, Joseph & Charles Goodson, and three sisters; Bernice Belliveau, Jeanette Wallace & Katherine Belanger and a nephew George Belanger. Alma's family would like to especially thank Marcel Deschaines and Ann Smith her home health aides along with the staff at Evergreen Healthcare for the loving care and attention given to Alma. Funeral services for Alma will be held on Saturday Aug. 19, 2006 at 9am from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Patrick's, Church. Interment will take place in St. Patrick's King St. Cemetery, Enfield. Alma's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday Aug. 18, from 5 to 8 pm at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels. Memorial donations in her memory maybe made to the Home & Community Health Services P.O. Box 1199 Enfield, CT 06083-1199.
