Amelia Mary Pearce, 83, entered into eternal peace on Friday September 2nd 2016 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. She was born in Enfield the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Nicholina (Ferrugio) Nicotra and resided in Enfield all her life. Amelia was a life time member of St Patrick’s Church she enjoyed Italian food shopping, jewelry, and getting her hair done. She is survived by her three sons; Joseph Pearce of Enfield, Wes Pearce of Southbridge, MA and Dan Pearce of Holyoke, MA. Amelia was predeceased by a brother Joseph Nicotra and a sister Lena Nicotra. Her family would especially like to thank the Doctors and Nurse at St. Francis Hospital, also Suffield House and Brian Hickey and all the CNA’S for making Suffield House feel like home. Services for Amelia will be private at the convenience of the family with burial in St. Patrick’s King St. Cemetery in Enfield. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association 200 Executive Blvd S #4b, Southington, CT 06489.
