Betty Armando Obituary

Betty Anne (Baker) Armando, 60 of Enfield and formerly of Manchester, passed away on Thursday May 28, 2009 at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA. She was the beloved wife of 14 yrs to Donald L. Armando. Betty was born on June 9, 1948 in Laconia, New Hampshire daughter of the late, Benjamin Baker and Bernice (Dame) Sapia, she had resided in Enfield for the past 2years and in CT most of her life.
Besides her husband Don, she is survived by her five children; Frank May, Lincoln (Evangeline) May, Amanda May, Ryan (Kristen) May and Jake May (Angela Frink), ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Betty is also survived by her siblings; William, Benjamin, Robert and Wayne Baker and Ingrid McDonald along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Cheryl DeWitt and a brother, Bernard "Butch" Baker. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday June 3, 2009 at 7 p.m. from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, relatives and friends may gather prior to the service from 4 to 7 p.m. internment will be at the convenience of the family.
