Claire (Gilbert) Krull, of Enfield passed from this life Sunday Sept. 18, 2005 at the age of 76 in Enfield. She was born on April 30, 1929 in Fall River, MA the daughter of the late William & Annie (Reed) Gilbert. Claire worked outside of her home for many years, but her primary work was at home as a devoted and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother caring for the concerns and needs of her family having resided in Enfield for the past 35 years.
Claire is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, John Krull, a daughter, Lorraine Love of Enfield, a son, Stephen Kozak & his wife, Marie of TX, a son, Michael Kozak & his wife, Lisa of Enfield, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Charolette Goddou, William Gilbert, Helen Burns, Bobby Gilbert, Anne Hiser, Warren Gilbert and Janet Gilbert also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Johnny & James Gilbert.
Funeral services will be held on Wed. Sept. 21, 2005 at 11:00am from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield with the Rev. Greg Stokes officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazardville Cemetery, Enfield. Claire's family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 9:00 to 11:00am.
