Elizabeth Rose (Lombra) Dupont, of Enfield entered into eternal rest at the age of 75, on Thursday (November 15, 2012) at Parkway Pavilion Healthcare. Elizabeth was born on October 22, 1937 in Springfield, MA, the daughter of the late Joel H. and Edna (Chapin) Lombra. She was a graduate of West Springfield High School and had resided in Enfield for the past52 years. Elizabeth retired from Cigna Insurance Co. after many years of service. In her leisure time she enjoyed knitting, sewing, gardening and caring for her family and home. Elizabeth is survived by her three children; Deborah Woodin & husband Mike of Enfield, Glenn Eades of Springfield, MA and Mark Dupont & wife Diane of Beaver, WY, her six beloved grandchildren; Eric Jones, Brian Jones, Mark Dupont, Jr., Ruth Distad, Nathan Dupont and Joel Dupont and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters; Diane Granger of W. Springfield, MA and Doris Binder of PA, along with many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was predeceased by a brother; Joel H. Lombra, Jr., and a sister; Janice Smyth. Relatives and friends may gather with her family during calling hours on Tuesday (November 20, 2012) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial & Remembrance Service at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd.
