Evangeline "Eva" Cerra
Cerra, Evangeline “Eva” Eva Cerra, 86, of Bloomfield, passed on April 26, 2014. Beloved mom to her two daughters; Diane Bligh of East Windsor, and Donna Cerra of Wethersfield and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren; Lisa and Jason Kowalski. Eva was born to the late Emile and Mary Tardif in Madewaska, Maine. She has three sisters, the late Marie Tardif, Martha Perkins, and Gerry Gingras and many nieces and nephews. Eva lived in Bloomfield for over 50 years, she was married for 23 years to the late Frank Cerra who passed in January. She was a meat wrapper at the Model Market while her girls were in school. Eva went on to get her GED later in life and became a manicurist at a hair salon in Bloomfield for many years. She loved to knit and crochet. A memorial service will be held at Scared Heart Church 26 Wintonbury Ave. Bloomfield, CT 06002, on Friday May 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.Obituary
