Francis "Frank" A. Kedzior, 89 of Enfield went to join his beloved wife, Anne in Heaven on Thursday December 3, 2009. He was born on October 15, 1920 in Johnstown, PA, son of the late John and Victoria (Steur) Kedzior and had resided in Enfield for over 60 years. He served his country honorably with the US Army Air Corps during WW II. Prior to his retirement many years ago Frank was employed by Pratt & Whitney for 35 years. He was a member of the UTA (University of the Third Age) at Asnuntuck Community College, the John Maciolek Post 154 American Legion, Enfield and St. Adalbert's Church. Frank is survived by his three daughters; Kathleen Gutowski of North Haven, CT, Linda Saldamarco of Woodbridge and Donna Pisarczyk of Stafford Springs, seven grandchildren; Stephen F. Gutowski & his wife, Susan of Cheshire, Jennifer Barron & her husband, Stephen of Westbrook, John, Robert and Danielle Pisarczyk of Stafford Springs, Jessica and Kelsey Saldamarco of Woodbridge, great grandchildren; Leah & Erik Gutowski of Cheshire and Halle & Christopher Barron of Westbrook. Along with his wife, Anne he was predeceased by three sisters, Wanda Serball, Josephine & Jeanette Kedzior and two brothers, John and Felix Kedzior.
Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Saturday morning Dec. 5, 2009 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Adalbert's Church, Enfield. Military honors will take place outside of the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Adalbert's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to St. Adalbert's Church 90 Alden Ave. Enfield, CT 06083-0544.
