Jean-Marc Laroche, of Enfield, entered peacefully into eternal life at the age of 74, on Saturday August 29, 2009 in the comfort of his home. He was the beloved husband of Dorilda "Dori" (Bouchard) Laroche. He was born on October 22, 1934 in Bromptonville, Quebec Canada son of the late Leo and Germaine (Vigneault) Laroche and had resided in Enfield for 30 years. Prior to retiring in 1999, he owned and operated Friendly Auto in Rocky Hill, CT for 30 years. In his leisure time he enjoyed camping, he was a very kind and giving man always lending a helping hand where needed and putting others' needs before his own. Besides his wife of 23 years, Dori he is survived by his loving family a son, Martial Laroche & wife, Elizabeth of Marlborough, CT, a son, Daniel Laroche of Hartford, a daughter, Jani LaRouche & husband, Eric of Hatfield, PA, a son, Jean Laroche & his wife, Tracy of Middletown, a stepdaughter, Deborah Fusick & her husband, Joseph of Suffield, his beloved grandchildren; Stephanie, Claire, Megan, Kyle and Mason. He is also survived by his siblings;<br>Carmen Laroche, Denise Laroche, Anne-Marie Laroche, Jeanne D'Arc Laroche, Pauline Laroche, Nicole Laroche, Bruno Laroche, Jacinthe Laroche all of Quebec Canada and Andr&eacute;e Laroche-Ayotte & her husband, Paul of MT along with many nieces and nephews. Jean-Marc's family would like to give special thanks for the wonderful care and support to the Enfield Dialysis Center and the Home and Community Health Services, Inc and Hospice Program. A Memorial Service in celebration of Jean-Marc's life will be held on Saturday September 5, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family during calling hours from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at the convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his memory may be made to the American Kidney Foundation 6110 Executive Blvd. Ste. 1010 Rockville, MD 20852-9813 or the Home and Community Health Services, Inc. Hospice Program P. O. Box 1199 Enfield, CT 06083-1199.
