John P. DeGray 59, entered into eternal peace on Friday July 31, 2009 at the Hebrew Home & Hospital in West Hartford. John was born in Springfield Ma January 20, 1950 the son of the late John and Idella (Cooley) Dubowicz and was a lifelong resident of Enfield. John was employed by The Parksite Group South Windsor for many years. John enjoyed sports cards, carpentry, & motorcycles, and was a member of the Harley owners group. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Linda (Martin) DeGray. John also leaves his beloved son Nick and his fiancée Jackie Harshman of Enfield, a brother Daniel DeGray of Enfield and two sisters Betty Barnet and Hazel LaValley both of Enfield, his Father-in-law and mother in-law, William & Margaret Martin of Enfield, along with many nieces and nephews and a very special niece, Darlene Kill of VT. Funeral services will be held on Monday Aug. 3, 2009 at 11:15 AM from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield followed by committal services in the Hazardville Cemetery, Enfield.
