JOSEPHINE (KAWA) CRYZ, 92, of Enfield, entered peacefully into eternal life on Saturday April 9, 2005 at Parkway Pavilion Healthcare, Enfield. She was the widow of Stanley J. Cryz. Josephine was born on Aug. 12, 1912 in Hartford, CT the daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie (Walsh) Kawa, she was a lifelong resident of Enfield. Prior to her retirement in 1980, Josephine had been employed by Laurel House Furniture Store in Enfield for 10 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church.<br>Josephine is survived by a son, Stanley Cryz of MA, two sisters, Rose Hocker of Enfield and Jennie Bednaz of VA, and a brother, Joseph Kawa of MA, along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Frank & John Kawa and two sisters, Nellie Tomalonis and Florence Orconoli. <br>There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Josephine's life will be held on Tuesday April 12, 2005 at 10:30 am in St. Patrick's Church in the Thompsonville section of Enfield. Interment will follow in St. Patrick's King St. Cemetery Enfield. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Enfield Community Ambulance Fund P.O. Box 1249 Enfield, CT 06083-1249. Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels is assisting the family with arrangements. <br>
