Judy Olmoz

Judy Ann Olmoz, 56, of Colchester, entered into eternal rest on Saturday May 28, 2016 at Hartford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Joseph J. Olmoz. Judy was born on March 8, 1960 in Van Buren, Maine, a daughter of the late Pierre and Shirley (Thibodeau) Gagnon. She had resided in Colchester for the past 6 years and in Suffield before that. Judy joined Price Waterhouse Coopers in March 1987 where she worked as a manager in the management consulting practice. Judy had a spirit of giving to others, whether it was sharing her talent for cooking with family and friends, volunteering her time at Loaves and Fishes of Enfield or visiting others in need of companionship and a loving heart. She loved flower & vegetable gardening and the outdoors. Judy will be dearly missed by all. Besides her husband Joe of 34 years, Judy is also survived by her two loving children; Christopher Olmoz of Colchester and Leah Olmoz of Granby, her siblings; Nancy Cunningham of Enfield, Gail Gahimer of FL, Kurt Gagnon of NC, Jerry Gagnon of NC, Lloyd Gagnon of LA and David Gagnon of LA, and many nieces and nephews. Judy’s family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday June 11, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a service in celebration of her life with Rev. Mike Brubaker officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
