Louise Paquette Obituary

Louise D. (Dentamaro) Paquette, of Enfield went to be with her beloved husband Eddie in Heaven on Thursday (November 8, 2012). Louise was the beloved wife of 55 years to Edmond R. Paquette who recently passed on Aug. 19, 2012 and the daughter of the late Anthony and Antoinette (Veccherelli) Dentamaro. She was born on Dec. 15, 1936 in Hartford, CT and had resided in Enfield for over 50 years and in Hartford before that. Louise was employed by Travelers Insurance Co., Morrissey & Cheney and retired from Milton Bradley/Hasbro after 23 years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society’s Women’s Auxilary and former Enfield Jaycees Wives. Louise enjoyed knitting & crocheting hats, scarves, mittens and lap blankets which she donated to various charities, and was an avid fan of the UCONN Huskies Women’s basketball, Red Sox, and New England Patriots. Louise is survived by her beloved siblings; a brother & sister-in-law Joseph & Joanne Dentamaro of Venice, FL, a sister & brother-in-law Adelaide & Lionel Ross of S. Windsor and a sister and loving caregiver & brother-in-law Toni & Harry Stevenson of Rotonda West, FL, sister-in-law Carol Dentamaro of E.Windsor, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. Louise was also predeceased by a brother Nicholas Dentamaro and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Andrew & Lorraine Dube. A special thanks to Dr. Traverse who was not only Louise’s doctor but became a very special friend. All the staff at St. Francis Cancer Center, especially her nurse Gloria. Home and Community Health Services staff Pat, Laura, Nancy, Susan, Joanne, Cathy and Carol for their wonderful and compassionate care of Louise and the support for her family. Relatives and friends may gather with Louise’s family during calling hours on Tuesday (Nov. 13, 2012) from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (Nov. 14, 2012) with the procession forming at 9:00 from the funeral home to St. Adalbert Church 90 Alden Ave. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery East Hartford.
