Marie C. Kelley, 81, of Enfield, beloved wife for 57 years of Thomas P. Kelley, entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 29, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center, Hartford. Marie was born September 14, 1926 in Swansea, MA the daughter of the late Harvey E. A. and Mary C. (Reardon) Lenon, and had resided in Enfield for the past 42 years. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as secretary with the Attleboro and Fall River, MA Employment Offices, the Navy Supply Depot Newport, RI and Otis Air Force Base, Cape Cod, MA. Marie was a member of St. Patrick Church. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Marie is survived by her children; Thomas Kelley, Jr. of SC, Mary Anna Simpson of NY, Timothea Ouellette of Enfield, Elinor Wooten of NC, Joseph Kelley of Somers, Carla Longo of FL, Geri-Lynn Casasanta, of Wethersfield, Donna Rogers of GA, Sunniva Brown of FL, 29 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She also leaves a brother; Harvey Lenon of MA. Marie was predeceased by a son John Kelley, a daughter Sandra May, a brother Paul Lenon and a sister M. Elinor David. Family and friends will gather 9 am Tuesday April 1, 2008 at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield for a funeral procession to St. Patrick's Church where a 10 am Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Marie's life will be held. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. Calling hours will be Monday March 31, 2008 from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
