Mary-Grace (Lapinski) Ahearn, 48, of Bolton passed onto her eternal life on Monday November 3, 2008 at Manchester Memorial Hospital, Manchester, CT. Mary was the beloved wife of 10 years to Michael K. Ahearn. She was born on Sept. 27, 1960 in Springfield, MA, daughter of Alexander J. Lapinski and the late Dorothy (Hayde) Lapinski. Mary grew up in Enfield then resided in California for several years and was a resident of Bolton for the last 10 years. She was employed for 15 years with Prudential Real Estate in Vernon. Mary was a former member of St. Martha's Church, Enfield. Besides her husband, Michael, her father, Alexander and his wife, Elinor of E. Longmeadow, MA she is also survived by a sister, Jane Mansur and her husband, Randy of Windsor, her father-in-law, Aloysius Ahearn of Bolton, a brother-in-law, Peter Ahearn and his wife, Kate of Vernon, her nephews, Alexander and Benjamin Mansur and Christopher Ahearn, her God parents Bob and Adele Lachowicz along with her beloved dog, Corkey. Mary was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy in 2001. Funeral services in celebration of Mary's life will be held on Friday Nov. 7, 2008 with the funeral procession forming at 10 a.m. from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield to St. Martha's Church 214 Brainard Rd. Enfield for a 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Turners Falls, MA. Mary's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of CT Chapter 659 Tower Ave. 1st Floor Hartford, CT 06112.
