Matthew M. Conley, 27, of Enfield, passed from his earthly journey on Saturday April 12, 2014. He was born on May 8, 1986 in Meriden, CT, son of Richard M. Conley and Tina (McCormick) Conley. Matthew grew up in Wallingford and attended Sheehan High School. He had resided in Enfield for the past 10 years. Matthew was a cook and was employed by Buona Vita Restaurant and various other restaurants in the area. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and was a NY Giants and Red Sox fan. Besides his parents Matthew is survived by his siblings; Angela Maringola & partner Michael Warren of Enfield, Melanie Alabre & husband Joshua of Windsor Locks, Cari Conley of Enfield and Michael Conley of Enfield, his two nephews: Jacob Warren and Caiden Bouchard, his partner Kim Lecour, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents; James & Irene Conley and his maternal grandparents; Earl & Theresa McCormick. Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Thursday April 17, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, CT. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
