Michael P. Kelleher, 68, of Enfield, husband of Mary Hubbard Kelleher, died Sunday, December 13, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Hartford on September 26, 1952, he was the son of the late Richard Kelleher and Blanche Guerrero Kelleher. He was a graduate of East Hartford High School and attended Keene State University. He was a store manager of Rite Aid for 18 years before retiring in 2008. Michael was the organist for the New Britain Red Sox in the 1980’s and was a lifelong Mets fan. Michael was also an avid bowler and a classical accordionist. Michael is survived by his beloved wife Mary Hubbard Kelleher, his sisters Maureen and William Morris of Charleston, SC, Patricia and Kurt Cowles of Myrtle Beach, SC, his nieces and nephews Andrew and Kreschell Morris and their daughter Adeline Morris, Jason and Julia Cowles and Melissa and Matthew Skjoldal and their children Ian and Annika Skjoldal. He also leaves behind many cousins and friends. Michael was predeceased by his parents Richard Kelleher and Blanche Guerrero Kelleher. Family and friends are invited to call at the Browne Memorial Chapel, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield, CT on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 4-7pm. Mask and social distancing are required at the funeral home.
