Michael J. Yiznitsky 43, of Enfield, entered into Eternal Life surrounded by loved ones on Friday May 20, 2005 at his home. Michael was born on Sept. 19, 1961 in Hartford, CT and had resided in Enfield most of his life. He received his Associates Degree in computers and business from Asnuntuck Community College, Enfield. Michael was employed with Pratt & Whitney, & International Aero Engineer for over 20 years, he was well respected by his co-workers. In his leisure time he enjoyed reading, cooking and fishing. A devoted and loving husband & father he especially enjoyed doing anything that involved his wife and children, along with family gatherings, he was a very personable and kind individual. Michael was a member of St. Bernard's Church where he served as Eucharistic Minister and was very active in many of the church activities and functions. Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years Kelly (Viera) Yiznitsky, his two loving children, Sarah and Jacob Yiznitsky at home, his parents George and Jacquelyn (Burk) Yiznitsky of Enfield, his siblings, Edward Yiznitsky and his wife, Judy of Enfield, George Yiznitsky and his wife, Gwendolyn of NC, Joy Renner and her husband, Ernst of Tolland and Andrew Yiznitsky and his wife, Tanja of FL, his maternal grandparents, Herbert & Josephine Burk of Westfield, MA, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, also his father and mother in law, Leonard & Elaine Viera of Somers and friends.
Funeral services in celebration of Michael's life will be held on Wednesday May 25, 2005 at 9:30am from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in St. Bernard's Church, Enfield. Interment will take place in St. Bernard's Cemetery, also in Enfield. Michael's family will receive friends on Tuesday May 24, 2005 from 4 to 8pm at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels.
